About me

I am a hands-on IT and engineering student who enjoys turning ideas into working systems. My experience ranges from self-hosted servers, networking, websites and custom PCs to CAD, construction, electronics and mechanical projects.

My largest ongoing project is a homelab where I manage virtual machines, NAS storage, private cloud services, media automation, local AI, smart-home tools, websites, game servers and secure remote access. I have also built custom go-karts, machined components, created a portable battery system and completed practical work experience in electrical engineering and construction.

What I build

  • Homelab infrastructure

I run a practical server environment with Linux and Windows virtual machines, NAS storage, backups, private cloud tools, monitoring, a VPN and an automated Plex media stack.

  • Mechanical and electrical projects

I have designed and built wooden and metal go-karts, machined steering and wheel-mount parts, worked with welding equipment, and built a portable power bank from scooter batteries.

  • Websites and digital tools

I design and deploy responsive websites and web apps through Cloudflare, and experiment with local AI and Home Assistant automation.

  • Custom computers and CAD

I select components, build and troubleshoot PCs and servers, then use Fusion 360 and TinkerCAD to design brackets, adapters, enclosures and printable parts.
